Shana Galen-The Making of a Duchess, review

The Making of a Duchess by Shana Galen is sort of superficial and predictable.  The characters are not original (I liked Julien way more than I liked Sarah).  The plot is a good one but all the while I was reading the book, I could feel ‘the meat’ coming, but it never materialized.

I feel the book had great potential.   I can’t say that I hated it, but I can’t say I loved it either.  I did like the writing style and if you are looking for a quick, easy read, you’ll likely enjoy it for that.  I really hope the next two in the series are better than the first.

Thanks to Sourcebooks for sending me this book to review.
