Book Drunkard

“I am simply a 'book drunkard.' Books have the same irresistible temptation for me that liquor has for its devotee. I cannot withstand them.” L.M. Montgomery

  1. 20 points for me this week

Read a book that was a winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction
    The Road by Cormac McCarthy

  2. It’s so hard this time of year to be regular with anything blog related! I’m kind of glad you didn’t post this until now; I took a bit of a break from posting the last few weeks and am relieved that others did the same. I read two books for this challenge over Christmas break but haven’t written the reviews yet…they’ll be ready for next week’s post, though 🙂

    • You don’t HAVE to write reviews for each book you read – just the one time in the 20 point section. You can write them if you want…but you don’t need to in order to get your points.

  3. I haven’t updated mine in a while! I’m up to 125 pts total

I’m struggling with the Pulitzer Prize category, gosh I don’t know what to read!!

Your VC Andrews Challenge looks awesome, but I know I won’t read them all in a year 😦

  4. Quick question, probably answered somewhere else (sorry!) – can we change a book on our list?

  5. And in that case, another 20 points for me, I read and wrote a review of Full of Grace

  6. I’ve been terrible about updating. I have read another 75 pts for a total of 140 pts.

  7. I read A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens for 10 points, for a total of 105 points.

Also, I finally got Flowers In the Attic from the library..with this horrid new cover.

Doesn’t it look so sweet and romantic? I do not approve.
