Virginie Says…
The book fairy was exceptionally kind to me this week. I got five lovely books to read and review. Sometimes quality is better than quantity!
From BookMooch: Saint Thomas’s Eve by Jean Plaidy and Guenevere, Queen of the Summer Country by Rosalind Miles.
From Authors: Mistress of the Revolution by Catherine Delors, The Secret Diaries of Charlotte Bronte by Syrie James and Ciao Bella: A Novel by Gina Buonaguro and Janice Kirk.

Ooh, I would LOVE to read the Secret Diaries of Charlotte Bronte since she is one of my favorite authors. The book fairy was kind to you indeed!!

I loved St Thomas’s Eve by Plaidy! It really put Thomas More into a fabulous light, as a person, father, family figure. Much different from the new Wolf Hall by Mantel, I hear.
And I envy your author acquisitions! I’ve had the Delors book on my shelf for so long but I’m worried about stepping out of my comfort zone of Tudor England.
