Book Drunkard

“I am simply a 'book drunkard.' Books have the same irresistible temptation for me that liquor has for its devotee. I cannot withstand them.” L.M. Montgomery

T4MC – Week 2

Virginie Says…

What a great week of reading I had!!  Finished up the Shopaholic book for 5 points and also finished a hardcover book for 10 points!  The hardcover book I chose was Literary Lust – a fun little book that basically shared sexy scenes from books, some as far back as 4000 years.  (this book is going to be given away soon, so stay tuned!).  The weather hasn’t been that great, but I’m still working on reading a book outdoors.  Up now, I’m reading The Sidewalk Artist by Janice Kirk and Gina Buonaguro – this under the category of reading  a book by an author I’ve never read before.

Heather – 10 points

Sandra – 30 points

Moi!! – 15 points

Nise – 55 points

  1. I am participating in this challenge and have read six books since June 1 for a total of 55 points. My post is here.

  2. I am participating too 🙂
But my review of the book is not up, but I am done with one book from the 15 point section 🙂 ‘Read a book based on a Biblical character’ 🙂
I just read ‘The Garden of Ruth by Eva Etzioni-Halevy’
So I am also at 15 points! YAY!

  3. I am not sure though, If I iwll be able to complete ti 🙂 but I will give it a try 🙂

  4. I am really struggling this week! I started a new job on Monday and I have been soooo tired when I get home that its dinner, a little tv, bed, haha. I’m still plodding through Innocent Traitor – a little more than 2/3 of the way through. Maybe I will finish it next week!

    • I seem to have been reading less this week, as well. I think that might be because my husband has been home 😀 I should be done at least one of my books by Monday, though.

  5. Oh, I also have one question. Do e-books or audio books count for the challenge? Thanks.

  6. Ok, I finished another one – 10 pts, book auto-bio of celebrity. I think I’m actually stretching this one but I have rationale for it, so hold on, haha. The audio book of I Am America and So Can You by Stephen Colbert. It’s an autobiography of his television personality read by Colbert himself.
